Do that too. Just preserve the real niche developed stuff, like real agents/skills, throw any coding agents you developed thinking you need specialist for js, python, csharp or whatever. You don’t need them, let Claude code do it’s thing. Don’t try to be smarter than Anthropic, don’t try to improve Claude code native harness. You will be much happier like me. Use only real MCPs to fetch like cloudflare analytics and other stuff, that Claude code doesn’t have built in.
