I am not a big online shopper or shopper in general, but I do order from Galaxus every now and then. I prefer them because they have a wide range of products and pretty good customer service. However, the way they package the orders drives me crazy. They often send oversized cartboard boxes, often filled with air bags, even if the products are just textiles, like shirts or socks. I gave them this feedback a few times, but of course it didn’t change anything. I understand thay they take extra precautions to protect the goods, but I find this wasteful and inconvenient, as I need to dispose of all the cartboard. submitted by /u/NefariousnessCalm413
