Hi y’all! i’m 16 y/o boy I met a girl during a MUN conference and we interacted for about two days. Most of our conversations were work-related, but the tone was casual—jokes, slang, GIFs, that sort of thing. At the time, I didn’t feel any attraction. Months later, I’ve realized I like her. We study at different schools but live in the same city. I have her WhatsApp number, but we don’t follow each other on social media and haven’t spoken since the MUN. That’s what makes this feel awkward—there’s no natural “bridge” to restart the conversation. Is it strange or inappropriate to text her out of the blue in this situation? If not, what’s a reasonable, non-creepy way to start a conversation without making it feel forced? and how to turn it into a relationship submitted by /u/BeastSoul1121
