Being 5’10 and like 50kgs at < 23 isn’t the best I assume. I know I’m skinny and the main problems I’m facing right now are lack of appetite and something with metabolism and my diet. My appetite is kind of low few bites of any food just fill me up until I feel bloated and in comparison, my brother eats every 1.5 hours while I get an appetite after about 4 hours. On top of that I tried tracking my macros and cals but even after consuming the required amount and not exerting myself, I still can’t cross 54 kgs.
