It plays an important role for me. It doesn’t define who I am as a man, but I take pride in my fitness and my physical strength. I trained for it. I work manual labour where I have to lift heavy stuffs. I could lift heavy stuffs, that makes the guys at work respect me. I like the respect and validation I got from the boys. Today I walked by a girl who was struggling to lift something heavy all by herself, everyone walking by just didn’t care to help her, I went there to help her.
