It drives me crazy actually. For a few months now, cc routinely tries to read files through elaborate shell commands like grep, cat etc – it even sometimes writes py code just to find the correct json line and then read it. While this sounds efficient, this is really tiresome since every one of these needs to be manually approved (esp. the node or py commands). I created some hooks for it to deny these but honestly claude keeps coming up with new pathways to dodge the read skill. Anyone else notices this behavior? submitted by /u/captainkaba
