I’ve been working for a company for several years now and have always received the highest ratings from my team. A new boss recently took over, and we just didn’t get along at all, so I quit. There were constant arguments, and I was on the verge of losing my mind. Now I’ve received my employment reference (Arbeitszeugnis), and it’s not at all favorable, it’s written in a very mediocre way, even though I always performed at the highest level. My evaluations from my previous supervisors were always impeccable, and now suddenly that’s no longer the case. Is there anything I can do legally about this? submitted by /u/Lucasgreysson
