For those of you who work out and watch fitness content, does it help if the content creator is wearing less or fully clothed? Or does it not affect you at all? I know this might be a weird question, but here’s the background (and for the record, I’m straight): I’m a bit of a gym rat, so I spent a lot of time watching fitness-related content online. I’ve noticed I get more benefit from fitness/lifting content where the creator is barely clothed than fully clothed. For some reason, it’s way more helpful for me to see how certain exercises impact or affect a particular muscle group when it comes to working on your form and technique. If a content creator is doing cable crunches, for some reason it’s more helpful if they don’t have a shirt on while demonstrating them so I can see how it impacts their abs than if they’re just in a t-shirt and gym shorts. Same goes for any other muscle group (except for maybe glutes and hip thrusts lol). Something about content creators who are too “over-dressed” just gives P.E. coach/aerobics instructor to me. submitted by /u/ot093
