So I (F) have been seeing this guy (M) and we recently had our third outing. This time it was with a group of his friends — super chill, everyone talking, laughing, getting along. At one point we were all sitting together and I casually put my hand on his leg/thigh. Nothing crazy, just a comfortable “I’m here with you” kind of thing. He looked at me, I looked at him, and I said, “Oh, is this not okay?” while starting to move my hand away. He immediately stopped me and went, “Nn-no, no it’s good,” in this flustered little stutter. So I smiled and put my hand back on his leg and everything was totally fine after that. Now I’m overthinking it. Is that not a typical thing for a girl to do on a third date? Did I catch him off guard? Was it too forward? Or was he just surprised in a good way? what does that reaction usually mean? submitted by /u/Littleducky107
