Hi, I usually run multiple Claude Code sessions across several terminal tabs, many of them using –worktree . The problem is that after restarting my computer, I have no reliable way to restore those sessions. Most of the time I don’t even remember which worktree a session belonged to, and even if I did, the session itself may not have originally started from that folder anyway. Right now a reboot basically means losing a lot of context, progress, and time. That feels like a pretty major limitation for longer-running workflows. Has anyone found a good way to persist or recover sessions across restarts? submitted by /u/barbq
