Hey guys, I’m 21 and I’ve never been in a relationship or had any kind of sexual experience. As I get older, this “lack of experience” is turning into a massive wall of anxiety. My biggest fear isn’t just being alone; it’s that when I finally do meet someone, I’ll be so clueless or “dysfunctional” that I won’t be able to satisfy them. It’s gotten to the point where I’m overthinking everything. Even when I’m alone, I feel like I’m struggling with performance because of the sheer pressure I’m putting on myself about the future. I feel like I’m failing a test that hasn’t even started yet. How did you guys deal with this kind of performance anxiety before your first time? Does the “mechanical” part of things just click, or am I right to be worried about my health? Note: I’ve also been on a low-dose antidepressant for 2 years. submitted by /u/BandBeginning8205
