Basically what the title says. Pretty much every deodorant I’ve tried has either not worked as an actual deodorant (natural deodorants tend to fall into this category) or make me itchy. I have a theory that companies don’t want to put words like “sensitive” or “gentle” on men’s products but this makes it really difficult to figure out whether something is going to irritate my skin or not. I don’t know for sure if I’m allergic to a specific ingredient or whether it’s just general sensitivity. I do have eczema, though, which probably explains that. So, men of reddit, have any of you with skin issues found a deodorant/antiperspirant that works well, smells good, and doesn’t irritate your skin? Must be available in the UK as a roll on/stick (i.e. not aerosol). What I’ve tried so far: Worked as a deodorant, made me itchy: Old Spice (deep sea, captain, and whitewater), Loreal stress resist Didn’t make me itch, but didn’t work as a deodorant: Bulldog (multiple scents) Worked alright, didn’t like the smell: Nivea sensitive resist submitted by /u/deathofaspatula42
