So I got caught speeding in February. Received a letter through the post asking who was driving etc. Sent it off etc. I’m not quibbling over the infraction I’m guilty. I received a letter last month from the OCN basically saying as it was my first offence they would let me off with a warning but there was a 125chf admin fee. Phew I thought ! This week I received a letter from canton fribourg for the same infraction. Basically saying I’m guilty and here’s a fine for a further 510 chf. So it seems like both OCn and the canton want a piece of the pie. Am I to expect the commune to sent me a fine as well /s ? Not quite sure why I got the two invoices tbh.
