I’m genuinely curious to hear different perspectives on this. Men with children, after a long day at work, do you feel like childcare responsibilities should mostly fall on your partner once you get home, or do you still split things evenly? If you need time to decompress first, how do you balance that with your partner potentially also having a long day caring for the kids, working, or both? Also, does it bother you when your partner immediately hands you the baby or asks you to take over once you get home? Why or why not?
