About two months into my weight loss journey and it’s going well. Not falling off, but steady progress. Mostly just eating more sensibly, drinking only water and black coffee, and exercising. I’m also commuting to work by bicycle, about 8 miles a day. I work with a guy who’s also losing weight, but crazy fast. He’s down 40 pounds in a little over a month. I’m happy for him, but I suspect Ozempic. He swears he’s not on it but has made almost no other changes. To me, being honest with others starts with being honest with yourself. So where are you guys on this? What’s working? What pushed you to make the change? For me it was sleep apnea and kidney stones from soda. I’m just over it. submitted by /u/Telrom_1
