Hi all, I ordered some sunglasses a month ago, quite expensive. Instead they sent me a giant winter jacket. I can’t get anyone to reply to me other than saying I can return it at my own cost with no recognition of the actual issue. I’ve also opened a report with PayPal and they are struggling to get in touch with them too. I also have 2 orders from several months ago that haven’t shipped. I understand logistics are backed up right now, but I’m moving and I can’t get in touch with any customer service to change my address.
