Long story short: I haven’t received any RAV payments since January. I love my country, but this is a fucking joke. I had to sell some of my SPY positions to cover my expenses, and SPY is now up around 9% since January. I’ve called them several times, and every time they come up with a different explanation. Now I’ve received yet another letter asking me to send something I already sent them. So I guess I won’t see any money anytime soon and will probably have to sell even more SPY. I’m lucky I had savings and investments to fall back on. Without that, this situation could have looked very different. But still, at this point I’d like to sue them, or at least hold them accountable for my losses. Can I do that? submitted by /u/Not_The_Hero_We_Need
