My partner and I are moving out after a year. The landlord is arranging viewings soon for people who might take over. Honestly, we’ve been unhappy with a lot of things here, and we feel the previous tenant wasn’t truthful with us before we moved in. In Switzerland, is there any rule that says I’m not allowed to speak openly to prospective tenants during viewings?
