I had a lunch at work Wednesday and since that evening I’ve had diarrhea every 3-4 hours. I’ve never had this before so no idea what to do. I took some Imodium this morning so hoping that does something. Anybody have any remedies/tips to help? Also those that have had this how long did it last? submitted by /u/EffectQueasy6658
