My grandfather was a smoker. When my sister was born and my parents still lived with grandparents, my grandma strictly forbade my grandpa from touching my sister unless he showered and changed his clothes. She refused to have her grandbaby breathing in smoke particles. My grandpa quit smoking cold turkey around that time. My friend stopped gaming til 2-3am when he started dating his current wife. He said he missed gaming until late night, but a good sleep makes his mood and energy during the day better, which leads to happier gf—now wife.
