I’ve made a life change to my diet around 8 years ago. Lost a lot of weight but have now plateaued. Still not happy, but also, I do not exercise. The most walking I get is from the car to work and back. So I know I need to get into exercise but have ZERO drive or motivation to do it. If there IS a defining moment… I haven’t had it. I don’t think I’m attractive, and feel that even if I got in better shape… it won’t change anything anyway, so why bother? :/ I feel like Mr Potato Head in the Barbie aisle. What made YOU decide to get physically in control of your body? Was there a defining moment for you? Does the same thing still drive you?
