Paid for Claude Pro, account still on Free plan spent an hour with AI support going in circles. Anyone else experience this? So I recently downgraded from Claude Max to Claude Pro. Payment went through fine I can see it in my Claude invoices marked as PAID and it shows up in my bank statement. But my account? Still on the Free plan. Like nothing happened. Here’s everything I’ve already tried:
- Logged out and back in
- Cleared cache and cookies
- Tried incognito
- Restarted my PC
- Spent almost an hour with their AI chat support it just kept giving me the same copy-paste answers over and over
- Emailed them with all my account details and proof of payment the most frustrating part? The reply to my email was also from an AI. At this point I feel like I’m just talking to walls. submitted by /u/OmegaDodoo
