I have a workflow set up. Give Claude a task. Rough it in plan mode. Switch to execution. Commit after every sub-step on a feature branch. Raise a PR. Review the comments from my review bots. Resolve comments, loop until no major ones left. Wait for CI to turn green. Send me a notification. STOP. It’s all in my CLAUDE.md. STILL it forgets. I’ll come back to my machine and find the session sitting in some mid-state waiting for a nudge. Didn’t resolve the comments. Or stopped before CI. Or just paused for no reason I can identify. Got frustrating. Started slowing me down. So I built https://github.com/exospherehost/failproofai to handle this. Runs my coding agents for hours without stopping Task completion is deterministically mandated via hooks. The session doesn’t end until the work is actually done When something goes sideways mid-run, it injects corrective instructions instead of killing the session Are you facing a similar issue? How are you solving it? submitted by /u/Big_Wonder7834
