What’s with these pathetic limits and offers? 50% on weekly limit for few weeks after nerfing SDK permanently? What are we, stupid? Anthropic is throwing away their lead, the market reception is lagging behind but Gemini is massively improving as we speak on all fronts, including Jules, not to mention to innovation of open models are equally progressive. If they keep up such pricing, because eventually all companies will be practically equal in terms of compute power, and with China having invest intensely in Energy specifically for their AI capacity, there’s no way Anthropic can sustain or differentiate if they do not do something different. This is a sinking ship. Their only hope is early Enterprise adoption entrenching them into the ecosystem, but even then their imbecile of a CEO had to offend Trump and get them into a lengthy battle with the federal government over the supply chain label, so that’s nice. “Why not just turn the gun around and shoot myself?” is how the guy looks like anyways.
