So I’ve been an Amazon delivery driver for 4 years. In general we walk around 16k to 25k steps a day with varying degrees of difficulty based on our routes (Some have majority apartments). When I first started, I weighed 220. I now weigh around 180. However I cant seem to lose any more weight. And progressively, over the last 6 months, I’ve craving convenient and terrible foods such as gas station or fast casual foods. When I try to eat healthy. I cant seem to stick with it. Because I slowly start reverting back to my old diet. However, I am type 2 diabetic. I cant continue to eat junk. Despite being physically active both on and off shifts. I am stuck in a rut and cant stay commited to a healthier life style. Id appreciate any and all advice. Thank you. submitted by /u/Miguel30Locs
