I’m an 18 year old girl and I was having a conversation with my father about how when I was in middle school my friend group and I got into beef with boys in our grade. At some point I said something like since I’m 18 now if I was to fight a middle schooler I’d probably win (I was kinda joking). He said that was unlikely and that it would be stupid to try and fight a 13 year old boy even because they’re probably stronger by that age. I was confused since I thought boys and girls were matched until maybe 16 and I’m 5’5 so I’m not like really short or anything. submitted by /u/saturnyas
