I’m honestly fed up at this point. Every single weekend at night, the app goes down for “service improvements.” I can’t log in. I can’t check my balance. I can’t transfer money. I basically have zero access to my own funds. Why is this happening so regularly? Maintenance is one thing, but completely locking people out of their bank accounts during peak weekend hours is wild. This is our money. Real life doesn’t pause for “service improvements.” If this keeps happening, I’m seriously considering switching banks. This is unacceptable. submitted by /u/ScreenPlayLife
