Bought Claude Max (5x) 3days ago. Already $100.83 charged in usage credits on top of the subscription. The issue: my plan limits were never reached. Usage credits are only supposed to kick in after plan limits are hit. Mine weren’t even close. My usage: Claude desktop app, Claude Design, Claude Code. No API key, no third-party tools. where did the $100 go? So where did the $100 go? If limits weren’t hit, the credit pool shouldn’t have been touched at all. submitted by /u/Total-Feed5174
