Ahoj, I’m looking for anyone or anywhere in Switzerland that makes a Czech pastry ‘Větrník’. It’s my wife’s favourite food from home and I’d like to get her one for her birthday. I’ve usually attempted to make them for her the last few years to varying success but unfortunately this year I’m unable to due to a kitchen renovation. I know it’s a longshot finding one in Switzerland but does anyone know of a Czech bakery that might be able to make it? I’m located in the Lucerne area but willing to travel anywhere.
