its getting frustrating how claude AI dont have human support. its been days i’ve been sending them emails and talking to support, but all i get is AI response, i dont even know if i should just let it go and move on. and never use claude anymore for lack of support, i paid but im still using free tier. I’ve been sending emails and trying to open support tickets, but every single reply is just another useless, AI response. I’m literally paying for a premium service and getting treated like a ghost.
