Hey all, Just wondering what people here prefer to do when connecting tools to Claude Code. Sometimes I do find the MCP servers I have hinder the workflow slightly or will fill my context window a little too far. Instead of turning the tools off and on whenever I want to use them, I was thinking it might just be better to have a short SKILL.md or even a short reference in the CLAUDE.md file to instruct Claude to use the CLI instead. Going one step further than this, does anyone have any examples or experience building their own CLI tools for Claude Code to use while developing? submitted by /u/AdDifficult625
