so i’ve been using claude models in a couple vibe coding tools im building rn and idk whats going on but even my super basic prompts are getting hallucinated responses sometimes like nothing crazy just simple stuff and it still goes off the rails lol is it just me or are yall facing the same thing?? maybe im prompting wrong idk but it didnt use to do this before would love to know if anyone found a fix or workaround or if its just a phase submitted by /u/startupwith_jonathan
