I’ve been using agent teams for much of 2026 with good results. However, recently I can’t get Claude code to actually launch orchestrated teams with a team lead. It appears to launch subagents only - even with the variable set and specific instructions. https://code.claude.com/docs/en/agent-teams Is this just me? submitted by /u/IndependentSir9398
