I’ve only ever lived in western countries where most men have, at most, a short beard. I think that makes most barbers inexperienced with big beards. Therefore, if I (someone with a big beard) go to a barber that doesn’t have a picture of a client with a well groomed big beard on their instagram, the most I’m gonna get is a significant cut on beard length and no real grooming at all. That makes me think, in countries where it is common for men to have big beards, such as muslim majority countries, are barbers more skilled? submitted by /u/TiredAudioEngineer
