I am not sure what’s going on with Claude this week but something very fishy is happening. The quota limitations are very misleading and not explained. Prior weeks: I have used Claude for 12 hours straight in the past, with a mix between sonnet 4.6 and opus 4.7. and sometimes with adaptive thinking. I generally use it for reviewing work or code generation or debugging or a as web search tool. I rarely use it for document generation but sometimes it does that on its own. I had no issues prior to this week (which marked my first month of the 1 year Pro subscription) . This week: this week was the first week I got hit with “limits will reset in 5 years” and I wasn’t able to use Claude anymore. I realized the model was heavily using its artifacts and generating documents or code files without me asking it too at types. So I paused all these features and capabilities because I don’t really need them. today: I literally barely used Claude for 30 min in the last 12 hours, I didn’t ask it to generate any documents or code. I was reviewing previous codes and barely was able to ask 2 questions before it started glitching, and saying it is not available now, and then it said “you’ve hit your limit” and that it will reset in 5 hours, which doesn’t make any sense!!! Because I barely used it in the last 12 hours. I don’t run operations in the backend!!! How do they count usage limit? Why don’t they share warnings? It’s all very unclear and scammy!!! I want to revoke my 1 year subscription, I have only used it for 1 month and it’s already scamming me. Can anyone recommend other subscriptions with more clear usage limitations?? submitted by /u/Creative-Newt9487
