Is it for the money, love, or is it just a career? I got into it by chance. I did well right from the word go and I still believe it was a fluke bc I never had persuasive skills, discipline or other traits professions like sales require. Then at some point when failures struck me, near bankruptcy with a startup and so on, through self reflection and through some self-dev activities I turned things around.
