So I recently started runescape after 20 years - The game of my childhood which I couldn’t play because my parents wouldn’t buy membership. So now I’m a responsible adult I decided to pay for my own membership and start playing the game. I’ve been playing for a week now. It’s great, all the skills I get to discover and all the new content, it made me happy like the first time I played runescape on my dusty old windows xp I happened to pick up smithing as my main crafting skill and I just discovered a way to make steel cannonballs. I was surprised indeed to see that steel cannonballs actually sell pretty well. In fact, a bit too well. You see this week I’ve been looking at the wiki for price comparison and the price of smithing bars are always higher than product per bar, which made me think using GE to level smithing was a rich man’s game… Not for me, a noob. But not steel cannonballs you see They are actually sold higher than the price of the steel bar. My adult brain just spend HOURS making steel cannonballs yesterday I was poor, flies flying out of my bronze plate armor kind of broke And I got hooked to the game… NONE OF YOU told me about the feeling of your first million… this feeling should be illegal outright. I’m hooked to osrs right now… It’s all I can think. When I go to sleep, I dream about the cannonballs. So perfect and round. And firm also… almost as hard as… steel… I’ve became the midas himself for everything I touch turns to gold… Everything but these… steel cannonballs When I perish in real life I want my tombstone to have my runescape user id written on it… followed by the quote “balls of steel - 540 gp each pair”… Anyways I might have a problem and I might crash the cannonball economy in the following week, and I’m happy to finally join this community, OSRS IS AWESOME submitted by /u/ErotikTospa
