I’ve seen many articles and videos mentioning Austin Lau, and how he’s been running the entire dept by himself. I’m genuinely curious - how is that guy managing to do that? I’ve been testing a bunch of different things on Claude, but honestly I still feel like I’m far off of being able to run an entire dept using just Claude. Additionally, there’s this new thing called HIC - High Impact Contributors (or something like that). Which is basically hires that can do what an entire department can do, but using Claude instead of having a team. How is that even possible?
