I know one man in my entire life that has been open about getting a cosmetic procedure done and it was relatively minor- something like a lip flip so it was done in under 30 minutes. I’ve also met a couple that have had hair transplants and that is an entirely different experience but I didn’t actually ask too many questions as I wasn’t close to them lol. Even then, I’ve yet to meet a man that has had anything like a nose job done for aesthetic purposes. But is that it? As far as the average male goes, do they generally care about getting Botox or filler? Not even just for cosmetic purposes- l’ve seen some people get Botox in places like the armpit to control sweat. If there’s any younger men on this subreddit as well, I’d love to hear about thoughts on how “mogging” and “looksmaxxing” has had an effect- if at all on you or some of your peers. I’m genuinely curious if anyone here has felt any pressure to get something done to fit “aesthetics” or if the general vibe is just to not care until you don’t feel that pressure anymore. submitted by /u/hi_im_tryingmybest
