Hi all, I had a really good first date with a guy who was visiting my country for a few weeks (he was born and raised here but moved to the US 3 years ago). Initially he gave me the heads up he was visiting and I let him know it may not make sense to go out since I’m looking for something long term. He then assured me he was as well and took me out. He seemed very into the date as he treated me to drinks, appetizer, a main course and then when I said I didn’t want dessert he insisted we get tea and then after the date we went on a walk at his suggestion. The next day he messaged me and we texted a couple days then asked me out for the next day. He then completely ghosted and I’m wondering what changed over night. submitted by /u/ThrowRA123050
