biggest thing that worked: writing the full roadmap as a committed markdown file before any code. claude re-read it every session and picked up exactly where we stopped. 6 phases, ~58 hours total. biggest thing that didn’t: letting it ssh into the server and deploy manually. twice. had to remind it i had github actions for that. submitted by /u/Massive-Ad2753
