I’ve had several times when a man is saying really mean things to me usually during a break up — blaming me for everything and just flat out insulting me. I’ve sobbed before during these times and afterward I ruminate a bit and worry that they felt powerful when I cried. Like “ya I made you upset — you’re obsessed with me.” I know this may just be my anxious thoughts talking though.
