Most businesses use AI backward. They buy the tool first and then try to find something for it to do. That usually does not work well. If the workflow is messy, AI just makes the mess move faster. The real value is in the handoff points: where data enters, where context is missing, where a next step is decided, where a draft gets created, and where a human still needs to review it.
