I’ve built a simple CLI tool to track multiple Claude Code project in a more managed way. It tracks projects in a local registry, auto-journals sessions by reading CC transcripts, and generates re-engagement briefs so you can pick up any project with dcal resume. You can also create new projects from a plain-language idea with a generated CLAUDE.md. Data stays local except Anthropic API calls for summarization.
