When building an AI-native company, I feel there are 4 principal components that need to be wired up: Connectivity – connects to your existing apps and AI tools. No custom glue code. Agentic. collects as much raw data. Knowledge Graph – where data from your heterogeneous sources is cross-linked and consolidated, becoming the foundational truth of your company’s business. Intelligence – flagging contradictions, nudging recommendations, finding inefficiencies, and a self-improving loop to enhance the knowledge graph and understand your company’s SOPs. Actions – performing actions on your behalf across your connected apps and AI tools, with human-in-the-loop. A closed loop, where the mechanical work is taken over by an AI operating system, keeping you in the loop where it matters, and out of the loop where you’ve signed off. What else? Would love to hear thoughts from builders? #grammar-correction-by-claude #originalthoughts submitted by /u/ximihoque
