I’ve been reading more about healthcare AI recently and it feels like model performance is only one small part of the challenge. From people actually working in this space, what ends up being the hardest problem in practice? Is it getting access to quality clinical data, handling privacy/compliance, annotation accuracy, bias across patient populations, or something else entirely?
