Anyone else having this issue? My account must be flagged. It’s weird because I get it randomly. Like just setting up a switch in a lab pops the safeguard, then I can now rewind to the previous prompt and do the exact same thing and it’ll work sometimes. It happens about 10% of the time and usually when I pull a newer session. My other account is perfectly fine. It seemed to happen when I started to ask it to send code to codex for review. I think codex flagged a security issue on something and ever since then Claude freaks out. I’m not sure if I should try wiping my claude history on my machines or need to switch accounts. submitted by /u/03captain23
