Anyone else aged much better than their friends? What were your secrets? I’m 30 and I’d say I’m currently in the best shape of my life, I train regularly and watch what I eat. I don’t have any usual back/knee pain and I’m full of energy. I also grew out my hair long, thank God for genetics.     I was never a smoker but most of my high school friends were. When we meet up nowadays (over 2 decades later) the difference is shocking.

    EDIT: In general, I would say there’s nothing you can do to avoid aging, but there’s a LOT of things you can avoid to prevent aging prematurely.
