We kept losing minutes a day, tabbing back to check whether Claude Code was done or stuck on a PermissionRequest. So we built StackNudge , a small native macOS app that pops a banner (with optional sound or local voice) on Stop and PermissionRequest events. Clicking the banner focuses the right terminal window, including the right tab in Ghostty, iTerm2, and Terminal.app. Also supports Cursor, Codex CLI, and Gemini CLI out of the box (any agent that exposes stop/permission hooks) Open source, signed + notarized Optional on-device voice (Kokoro via stackvox), no API calls Free, no account, no telemetry GitHub: https://github.com/StackOneHQ/stack-nudge submitted by /u/hiskuu
