After 4 years without a job, i’m being offered a new contract in Basel - It’s a very small, temporary contract - 20% part time for 6 months. There is a section that says that if i work less (not because low performance, but because of lower business activity), the salary can be reduced and aligned with the amount of hours completed. I know this is shitty - I’m not in a position where i can refuse a job right now. But Is this legal?
